Resort
While we stayed at Keppel Haven, we could not help but be curious about the Resort at the other end of the Island. The place was where people with greater financial resources than us poor students stayed. No really, I was very happy with the standard of accommodation I was in, but I wanted to see how the rich lived.

The reception area at the Resort
Just one of three swimming pools at the Resort

Huge Morton Bay fig trees provide ample shade.

That famous swimming pool. The sun sinks out on that horizon, past the deck chairs.
This pool has been featured in many postcards, travel brochures, travel shows and even a few movies.

Luxury Resort accommodation

More Resort style accommodation

Huge Norfolk Pines along the shore.

The tourist shop at the Resort. Prices here were more expensive than the Rainbow Hut because they sold more designer labels.
